With the revolution in Indian English literature that began about 20 years ago with the authors like Chetan Bhagat and many others coming on the grand stage, more and more authors have tried their hands at writing. While many of them faded away with time, some of them tasted quite a big chunk of success and only those who stayed firm and determined to continue their pursuit of creating something unique and interesting in their writing could do it. Rishabh Bhatnagar is a talented author and at just 23, he has already written two very promising novels – Stone Age: India: 2017 AD and The Great Indian Bust.
Rishabh was born in New Delhi in 1996. Though his early years and teen-years were spent in various parts of India, most of his life, thus far, has been spent in Hyderabad where he is currently pursuing his bachelor in Law at one of the best colleges in the country. Writing came to Rishabh Bhatnagar as a hobby and it eventually became the best of him. Today, he is more a writer than anything else!
In his own words, Rishabh sees writing as a very good option for him that lets him relax and understand things in a better perspective. He tells:
“Off the top of my head, there are two reasons that I can think of. It makes me feel better about things, even though I seldom write when I am miserable. The other thing is that a lot of people have told me I am good at it, so that works out pretty well.”
The latest novel that Rishabh Bhatnagar has written, The Great Indian Bust, almost autobiographical, is the story of a young boy who spends his childhood and early youth years in different parts of India, learning about life from various perspectives and gathering experiences that teach him many things. It is like revisiting the days you have spent – parents, friends, teachers, places and so on…
Rishabh plans to stay in the writing business for long and he is already planning on the plots and themes of his upcoming books. You can know more about the updates, schedules, events and launches related to Rishabh Bhatnagar when we update this article. Please keep watching this space.

Bought the book. It is hilarious, profound and entertaining to read. Thank you for the brief.
It is really great to see younger generations are coming in the writing industry at such a young age. You are right in view when you say the revolution was started by Chetan Bhagat to inspire us.
Chetan Bhagat is a fraud. This book might not be famous yet, and it might not be selling as much as him yet, but it is much better than anything Chetan Bhagat has ever wrote, or will write.
